Unwanted account
Someone has used my email to open an account (they are based in the US) and I have strong reason to believe this is a part of a larger attempt at financial fraud using my email address and identity (many other similar accounts). I have attempted to contact Chime, but as I am outside the US is has been difficult. I found a phone number (expensive for me and difficult for timezones) and an email address (support@chime.com), but this is only an autoreply service.
Is there a way for me to contact the company and close the account in my name and inform them that they are being defrauded?
