I got a 20K VX limit when I applied 6 months ago, and Capital One would not increase limits. Have been spending 20 to 60k a month.

keep getting this message

credit limit increase is not currently available upon request because your account has been temporarily assigned to an ineligible group of accounts that are being used to evaluate account usage at their current credit limits

Has anyone gotten out of this? If so, how?
