i have had this PC for 7 months so far (bought brand new) and it has been fantastic. never had an issue and i love the performance. however today i got home from work and wanted to play some games.
i had the pc in sleep mode over the past 5 days while i was away, forgot to full shutdown however that should be okay. and i went to wake it by the normal tap on the keyboard/move mouse around and nothing happened.
lights on pc turned on, light on mouse turned on, but monitors and keyboard had no input. no light, no tone shift. nothing.
figured maybe it needed to shutdown so i held the power button till it turned off. gave it a few minutes then tried again.
monitors light up into that brighter black, no picture just a brighter black screen, mouse slights flicker a bit, fans on on pc are bright and healthy, but still no light on my keyboard. gave it 15minutes and nothing changed.
swapped hmdi cords, DP cords, tried all ports, tried 3 keyboards and 2 mice, not a thing is happening to wake up pc.
i’ve done the basic full power restarts, new outlets, other monitors, no lose cords, everything looks good(nothing is fried visible) i have a 3 stage surge protection between house and pc, i’ve tried everything.
please for the love of god help me figure this out…
