I’m scheduled for double jaw with genioglossus and CCW this year for a severe class II and severe vertical maxillary excess. My doctor described my airway as a ‘straw,’ I’ve developed chronic forward head posture that’s become painful. For those who’ve had this procedure, how many experienced immediate relief in posture?
