Hey all, i had a discussion with my gyno today of suspected endo for my bladder symptoms of frequency and urgency, and she offered exploratory surgery but i feel like i dont have enough info to know if this is something i want to move forward with. Im hoping to have a baby within the next year so really hope to get this resolved.
In january 2026 i felt like i had a UTI, with the feeling of frequency and urgency as my only symptoms. We did a swab and i came back positive for ureaplasma and mycoplasma, but after the course of antibiotics and a retest a month after i came back clear, but symptoms never went away fully. Now i have days where it feels like its flares, and days where i dont notice anything. Its not cyclical to my period, no pain during my periods, no bleeding, no major pain with sex, but symptoms comes on and off. My gyno suspected that endo on the bladder can be the cause, and suggested i go on reddit to see if there were other people with these symptoms as well. Still debating if i want this surgery or not, dont want to put my body through unnecessary stress
