What do you give as a present to a friend who’s moving city? My ideas were about protection, success and fulfilment but I don’t know how to gift this so any ideas would be appreciation!
Thinking more than a spell bottle/tincture. Any rituals for moving would be appreciated too ❤️
I work for a local restaurant who hired me on the basis of 25-35 hours per week last year. Since then I have mostly been working at their sister restaurant, but doing occasional shifts to help out with holidays at the original. So technically I’m still at both sites. However i haven’t been getting my minimum hours (25) per week for the majority of the time, sometimes I was only given 18 hours. I brought it up to the person who does the rota multiple times for it to change to at least 25 and nothing changed. Then last week I saw on the work computer that my contracted hours have been put down as 20-30, rather than 25-35 per my contract. I told them this and they said the owner passed on my contract hours wrong. What are my rights? Is this a breach of contract?
I’m worried that because my contract states the original restaurant, my argument could be nulled as my main place of work is now the sister restaurant. I’ve had no apology or acknowledgement that this has affected me too! Feel quite used and taken for granted.
