if i try to send a dm to another person it says "sent just now" but the other person cannot see it, it doesnt show that i have any restrictions on my account status
is there a way to fix this?

instagram keeps locking me out of my account for "unusal activity" and it keeps making me verify its me every hour or 2, i have 2fa on and email connected.
