Hi everyone, I’m new to this sub, so I hope I can explain this clearly. I’ve been dashing for two years and I’ve never dealt with anything like this before.
Last night, I started my usual shift and worked straight through until noon today. I paused the app to grab lunch, and when I tried to resume (well before the 35-minute timer was up), the app froze. I couldn’t resume, I couldn’t end the dash, and I wasn’t receiving orders.
I figured it was an outage, so I kept restarting the app. When it finally let me back in, it forced me to start a brand-new dash from scratch. When I checked my earnings, there is zero record of the hours I worked overnight or this morning. I don't remember the exact amount, but it was over $200.
I’ve been trying to reach support for over an hour and a half with no response. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, were you able to get your money back?
