Hi Guys, any idea by when can we convert the leasehold property into free hold (MoHUA/L&DO).

I am planning to sell my old but strong constructed residential house (200 Gaz) but I am not able to fetch good rates cause the broker says the property is in Leasehold and has no lift.

Anyone has any clue by when the process of converting leasehold to freehold will begin?
