If you’re looking for a place to live for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year at UCM, there is an available unit at Merced Station!

It’s a B1 floor plan: Private bedroom, bathroom and a very large closet. You would only share a kitchen and living area with one roommate! :D!

The rent would be at a discounted price! So if you were already interested in leasing at Merced Station, why not save a little through a lease takeover? There’s a private shuttle that takes you to and from campus that runs every 6 minutes and several other amenities that I can elaborate on if anyone is interested.

It’s a B1 floor plan: Private bedroom, bathroom and a very large closet. You would only share a kitchen and living area with one roommate :)

The rent would be at a discounted price! ($1,274 as opposed to $1,400). There’s a private shuttle that takes you to and from campus that runs every 6 minutes. and there are several amenities that I can elaborate on if anyone is interested.
