Friendly reminder to always submit your site to https://www.bing.com/webmasters as well as https://search.google.com/search-console

I have a site that was submitted to both at the beginning of February which has been fully indexed by bing, but is still only partially indexed on Google. Bing's index is used by DuckDuckGo and some AI tools, so it's not just for organic Bing traffic.

the last two weeks I've had more traffic from Bing and ChatGPT than Google. This will probably change over time as a I get indexed by Google and start to build reputation, but in the first few months it would have been crickets without Bing's index.

Does anyone have any experience of how this balance changes in the medium to long term?
