- 4' 11" 50yro female, T2D 30 years, on insulin 26 years (plus other meds for health such as cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc)
- Started at 225 in June 2025
- After 24 days hospitalized was at 185
- Started 2.5 mg MJ in Sept 2025 at 179 A1C 9.9
Had my annual yesterday.
I am NO LONGER morbidly obese I am just overweight! Never knew how excited I could be over being overweight.
Most meds removed. Only on the 2 meds for CKD management and MJ 12.5mg still
A1C was 5.5
And drumroll please....weight is 132.
Still a ways to go but I'm still in the game. When I started this journey I honestly expected more disappointment after years of doing everything. After months on this journey with no results (or so I thought) I was ready to give up again.
