I recently was driving and the car in front of me had a bumper sticker on it that said “Elderly Driver Please be Patient”. I feel like that sticker is an admission that you’re too old to follow the rules of the road, and by that logic isn’t it time to give up your license? It just seems entitled to me, I understand the intent but it comes off as “I’m too old to care about the rules so deal with it”. Has anyone else seen these and felt the same way? Or am I just overreacting?
