So I got this Lexmoto titan 125 for £100 on marketplace and it’s covered in rust (abandoned condition, non runner, no key so had to change ignition barrel and locks). I’ve chucked a battery in it, changed the throttle cable since it was sticky and a new spark plug.

It started multiple times and I rode it around for a few mins until it broke down. I put fuel in it and it then wouldn’t start again.

The fuel pump primes 1/5 times and when you press the starter button, the starter relay makes a loud click (as in the video). Does this mean the starter motor is bad, the starter relay is bad or the fuel pump is bad?

I’d appreciate any advice since I’m quite new to mechanics and want to spent as little money as possible. Thank you.
