I played and completed the FFVII remake on switch 2 after years of wanting to play that, and then I saw gameplay of it on PS5 and the difference left me feeling like I played a shitty version of this game, it's so much smoother on PS5. I see performance issues are commonplance on switch games, even on switch 2. Even games like danganronpa and Bloodstained look terrible on switch 2 and that's a shame for console released on 2025 at a steep price. I have always played Nintendo but if not for the upcoming Fire emblem game I think I'd just sell my switch 2 and get a PS5 instead. Are we just paying more for less?
