So im not fit but I used to be i was playing football/soccer idk what u guys prefer here (8yago) im m23. And quit and was doing some light gym. Now the question is usually u get sore or well not always but u have fatigue build up.
How is it with running i was doing my first 5k where i run the whole time. (not walk run) at a atrocious pace something like 7.22 and sometimes even 8 something. my issue is my legs felt absolutely fine and after 2h break I could run again im just EXTREMELY cardio bottlenecked. now the only question that matters can I run today again or does my heart need to have a"rest day" or thats absolutely not how that works.
My bpm was pretty much at 184 max was 195.
So do i benefit from running again or not?
Fyi I have 0 idea about running I kinda just ran its been fun. Sorry if this is the stupidest thing u read.
