Wanted to draw horror -> tried to draw vampire bat -> forgot what it looked like -> added vampire creature aspects to it

Ive been stuck on this for so long. This is my OC Aladore. I can't for the life of me draw hair very well. I can't figure it out. Im also iffy with front view noses as well. Any tips would be appreciated greatly :)
