okay so im always scared of throwing up but WHY does the fear become so much worse at night. or why do i feel things at night everytime i try to sleeeep damn it😭 anyone else? i literally just finished having a panic attack bc of this bs
i know its prob not that serious but it really is when you have this phobia. does anyone else freak out about any stomach feeling? i been dealing with indigestion bloating and gas allll day all because i thought it was a GOOD idea to eat a big pretzel while walking and then also drink iced tea.. so now im paying for it. i been feeling like this since 2:30 its now 12:20 am and it wont go away and im abit anxious bc i just hate the stomach feeling. anyone else?
