I have a few question about the claiming part of system colonasation in-game.

1. Can I release a system claim *after* deploying the colo beacon?

2. If the Primary Port is around a Ring'ed GG, can I build a Asteroid Base?

I'm asking because the Primary Port *is* around a Ring'ed GG, however there isn't a Asteroid Base option. There *was* an option to build an Asteroid Base, but I clicked out the Primary Port menu, checked back, and it was gone. Every sad because it's a great system for a EXT eco. system is Wregoe HJ-Y b56-0. If yall wanna contribute, dm me ^w^
