One of my stores had one of these places on one of the gas pump handles. The padlock looking dangly thing. Found it this morning; hard to search through cameras to see who put it up. Almost looks like a speaker box because of the holes but otherwise, I have zero idea what it could be. Maintenance would usually always tell us if they'd put something on a pump. I've taken the pump offline so nobody uses it, just in case.
