Hello hello everyone! I would really appreciate your help because this has made me very sad, and I feel like I’m no longer myself.

Since moving to the capital, my facial skin has been going through a second teenage phase. My skin has never looked this bad before. Unfortunately, my face becomes irritated and red from everything, even from products that are supposed to be free from all harsh ingredients.

Since winter, reddish patches have appeared on both sides of my face, and they don’t respond to any creams. I’m also struggling with closed comedones along my jawline, which sometimes turn into painful acne. Even when my cosmetician cleans them out, it doesn’t really help.
