I’m scheduled for a septorhino next month, my surgeon said he will fix my septum, add cartilage support to my nostrils as well as deproject my whole nose and build up the radix smoothing the bump too. My main concerns currently is my pinched weak nostrils that are too long and uneven, as well as my whole nose being off to one side. Do u think it will be a noticeable difference?

I have a pretty deviated septum and insurance said they will cover that part as well as cartilage to my nostrils for support. But will that make my bridge straighter itself or would I need a fill nose job, and even with that how straight could they get it ?
