Hey recently i got appraisal and you people can’t believe it 3% yes 3% and when i confronted my manager regarding this he is like you got good inly its 3.4% check clearly.I still don’t believe why companies treated there employees like this i have now more then 2 years of experience with some critical project where i work as individual (client Location) after all this if i am getting 3% then i think i am in wrong company with good skillset
