So I ordered a "Chocolate Milkshake" from a cafe. It smelled HORRIBLE. Me and my friend tasted it and there was ZERO chocolate, it tasted super bad and smelly, it was definitely made from EXPIRED stale milk.

I had taken a few sips and got an upset stomach from it and we threw the milkshake away. I emailed Zomato Support and all they said is we're sorry it's the restaurant's fault and we'll take strict actions. No refund at all!!!

I even asked them to give me a contact number of the restaurant or from someone from zomato Support so i can explain them the issue but their response was the same.

Even after getting an expired harmful product.
