I saw on LinkedIn my company posted a salary range for a senior electrical engineer position being between 120-170k.

I am in a leadership role, electrical co director for my office, a title above the senior engineer level and my salary is in the middle of that range for senior engineer.

I have 20 years experience and have my PE. HCOL area.

I'm not sure what to do with this information. Any advice would be helpful.
