Scar feels like it could rip open 7 months post-op

I have a feeling I know the answer to this but as the title suggests my incision site hurts so badly anytime I’m working out and sitting on my knee. I can’t do certain stretches or exercises that require weight on my operated knee. My knee feels perfect it’s the scar itself that is extremely painful. I’ve had my coworker (LMT) massage and break up tissue before but it was so painful I haven’t done it again HELP

Hi yall I’m curious how you all keep track of inventory (wax beads, oil, cotton pads etc) I’d like to be in charge of inventory for the spa dept of the day spa I work for we have two locations and today both ran out of wax applicator sticks and it was a nightmare scrambling to go buy them. I wouldn’t be in charge of purchasing inventory but I’d like to make a spreadsheet perhaps and maybe check items off as we open new ones? Any ideas would be helpful. I’d like to keep things running smoothly for everyone at work.

I am currently taking my pre reqs for my local state colleges' nursing program and I just finished my exams..... passed psych and A&P 2 lec with Bs ...failed both my A&P 1 lab and algebra retake courses with Ds. I wanted to finish all my pre reqs to apply for the Spring 2027 cohort but it looks like I might have to wait until fall 2027. On top of hoping my college allows me a 3rd try at algebra and the lab I just feel so disappointed in myself. I was working hard all semester and those two exams just got the worst of my test anxiety. I'm not going to give up but I feel like I just ruined my shot at acceptance into the program 😞
