For those with bipolar 2 who were granted clearance, what did that entail? Did you have to provide medical records? Therapy notes? Did they ask you or your provider any questions besides the three on the medical release form? I am applying for secret clearance and am stable, have always been compliant with medication, and go to therapy. Just wondering what all the investigator will need.

Does having bipolar 2 usually involve the investigator reviewing medical records? For context, I have been compliant with my medication, go to therapy, and have never been hospitalized. This is for a secret clearance.
