Okay so this is a little weird. In spring 2024 I was 252 size US 24 and was on ozempic and was at 2mg when I stopped. I got down to 217 size 20/22 by winter and it like stalled so I stopped and decided to just go the natural route. I got down to 185 but I was stuck at a size 18/20 by fall 2025. It was like pounds were coming off but not inches. So still naturally doing things I changed up my routine and the scale went up to 196 but size 14 so I wasn’t concerned. Well I’ve been stuck at this same spot with no change for 3 months now and figure it’s time to try the shots again. I just got approved for the 2.5mg of tirzepatide which is the lowest dose today and I am wondering if it will even work since I was on 2mg with ozempic. It’s been about a year and a half since I’ve taken anything. Has anyone gone through something similar with taking breaks and starting back.
