Boratscans seem to be doing something really suspicious

This is what it asks you to do in order to access the site. Of course, you shouldn't do anything that it's asking, I checked what the code does and it injects scripts and codes into your PC in the background, it's usually how scammers steal the data. Cloudflare never does anything like that and will never ask to inject some scripts into your PC so if you have ever used this and did what is asked here take the necessary measures.
Haven't accessed this site in a year or two and this is what I see the first time after checking it out, take care guys.
