Hey, I usually don't come across development projects, but I have something that could be of interest to some of you. Off-Market South Seattle Development Opportunity under contract

Strong infill / phased development potential while collecting rent during planning & permitting. Could either teardown or keep existing triplex and add units in the back half of the lot(3,000 SF of space on the back half)
