I’m currently 25 hours into Dreaming Spanish and aiming for 2 hours of input a day, but I’m really struggling with it being boring. I also have a deadline because I’m moving to a Spanish-speaking country in about a year, so im trying to hit my goals (and eventually scale up to 3-4 hours a day when i unlock podcasts).

I’m finding the Superbeginner/Beginner videos pretty uninteresting, and it's making it hard to actually sit down and do the work even though I have the free time.

Does anyone have tips for staying motivated during this early stage? Or are there other comprehensible input sources you’d recommend that might be more engaging for a beginner? Thanks!

I need to be fluent in Spanish within 1 year, got about 1-2 hours a day

My age is under 18 (not gonna disclose the exact age) but anyone knows if that will help?

Are there any methods where I combine with Dreaming Spanish to get fluent under 1000 hours? I just need to be able to understand and communicate, as i am moving to a Spanish speaking country.
Thanks!
