Hi friends. I recently went through a pretty severe depression episode and kind of let my tanks go for a few months. I have 4 total. The past few days I’ve been feeling a lot better and working hard to get them back in good condition. THIS is the final beast of a tank for me to tackle.

Inhabitants are 1 betta fish and I don’t even know how many Neo’s. The problem I’m facing is that the duckweed is so horribly overgrown that my betta struggles to find surface to breathe, and my other plants aren’t getting light- HOWEVER. There are SO. MANY. baby shrimp in this duckweed. I have no idea how to scoop out the duckweed without killing tons of babies. Thoughts??
