i get that getting job from being a tier 3 college is hard and stuff but you guys act like a it's the end of the world

like no matter how hard you work

you are not getting a j*b.. I'm ngl but usually the one people who are saying "no matter how hard u work if you srr from tier 3 college you ain't getting anything" are the one who don't do anything

I said it

it is what it is

you can get angry as u want on me but ts is the truth

.

my college is tier 696969 and it started in 2021 or something

our annual fees for college for general category is 72k

43k for Obc for computer engineering

and it goes even lower for other branches and caste categories so u can guess what type of college it is

but people are still making out of it so stop crying?

am I saying that it's same for tier 3 guy as guy from tier 1? -->No

but it's not impossible

the guy who got into tier 1 clg did his hard work in 11th-12th grade and u can do it now

and make something good out of yourself

and

once " you enter IT sector it's all about experience afterwards" these are words of one of my uncs who had 6.5cgpa and one was from tier 3 clg and one from tier 2

and have packages of 25+lpa

so if you believe that there's nothing good u can do from being a tier 3 clg

then you won't do anything

a first step is believing u can do something

and if you already have ts negative attitude

u ain't getting shiiiiiiiiii my fren

being pessimistic sounds intelligent

cuz it feels analytical

but every person who wins is optimistic
