Hi,
So I made up a flour/spice mixture maybe a week ago for some chicken I was cooking, coated the raw chicken in it in the bowl and then covered it and put it in the fridge to forget about.
I had so much left over though that I planned to reuse it tonight for dinner, however, would that be safe to do so?
On one hand I’m like, “it had raw chicken in it, so toss it”, but on the other hand, “I’m just adding more raw chicken so what’s the big deal?”
