(Loa aside) when I have something/ become something I enjoy it for a while but then quickly I feel no different. It’s hardwired into our mind that we notice change but not maintenance.

How then can it be realistic for me to conjure the feeling state of my dream life when it would probably feel the exact same to have all the material success in the world?

This doesn’t apply so much to manifesting mental health/ relationships/ less tangible outcomes but at that point are we not just doing CBT therapy/ emotional regulation and calling it manifestation?

I’m legitimately curious and this is not meant to be combative.
