Pass warm leads for closing

Good communication (Hindi/English)
Confidence on calls
Basic sales understanding (or willingness to learn)
Ability to handle rejection
💰 Payment / Earnings
20% commission per converted client
Typical project value: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000
Your earnings per deal: ₹1,000 – ₹4,000+
No fixed salary (early-stage startup)
Payment via UPI / bank transfer
