Hi Guys,

I have had a message show "12v battery discharging due to external electrical devices". Not sure how long ago it started and unsure of what may he causing it.

I have just installed a new battery and voltage after leaving over night is sitting at 12.1 volts which is too low. I do suspect it may be the dashcam so I have unplugged it and will let it sit and re test it. (How long will be sufficient to test the battery after doing this) and could it be that it is hardwired wrong?

I have the dashcam connected to a Spare 10A fuse that gives power 24/7 even when car is off for 24hr filming. I have had the dashcam in for a year and a half now but message hasn't been showing that long.
