I was in a car accident, but the at fault driver has given false statements about the accident to my insurance to try to turn the tables on the liability decision. Did anyone in the Otay area witness a car accident westbound on telegraph canyon road on saturday, march 28, at approximately 1:24 pm? Please DM me. The cars involved looked like picrel.
