How to tackle nazbols' duplicity in Marxist-Leninist terms?

After criticising and exposing the A'C'P, I have noticed that much of the criticism is focused on their ideological 'basis' not only of Hammoud's and Hinkle's but the entire 'party', and also their blatant tailism (I suggest you to read this interesting autopsy of this aspect). There are also Hammoud's immaturity and their members' homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, etc.
However, I have noticed that Hinkle, Carlos Garrido, and others present a different mask when they go abroad. Garrido in particular behaves quite differently from what we could expect from their plenary committee such as Hinkle spewing his reactionary rhetoric with Fresh & Fit or Tucker Carlson.
So, inspired by this excellent post, I would like to know how to tackle this aspect not only of the A'C'P's but also other figures like George Galloway and the Workers Party of Britain and who knows what other organisations who use internationalism, anti-imperialism, support for Palestine and AES to mask their fascism.
