Hey everyone, I’m looking for a 2–3 bedroom in the Atlanta area under $1800.

I want to be upfront about my situation:

– Credit in the 600s

– I do have landlord debt due to a recent divorce/separation

– Just started a new job (have offer letter, no long pay history yet)

I’m a mom just trying to secure a stable place for me and my kids.

I’m specifically looking for:

– Second chance apartments

– Private landlords

– Places that will work with offer letters or flexible screening

If anyone has recommendations, property names, or even areas I should focus on, I would really appreciate it 🙏
