After another day of getting a black screen of death on my Redmi note 13 5g HyperOS 1.0.15.0 UNQMIXM, i had to enter recovery and wipe data, i noticed after setting up (this is the 8th time i had to factory reset cuz bsod or bootloop) themes actually changed the control center again, i applied a theme called VK18, then rebooted, noticed my cc FINALLY got 4 icons on the top
