Using Polar instead of Apple Watch : will all Sonar fields still be filled?
Not asking about sensor accuracy (I assume Apple Watch wins there). Just want to know: if I switch to a Polar (Grit / Loop), will Sonar still receive all the data points it needs (continuous HR, HRV, sleep stages, SpO2, etc. ) or will some fields stay empty?
