hey everyone! i recently committed to uiuc (gies/ business undeclared C’30) and im looking for a roommate (dorms). here’s some stuff abt me:

• jordanian-american, spent my whole life in saudi arabia
• i speak 4 languages (english, arabic, french, spanish). why french u may ask? cuz i studied in a french school
• i like sports. i’ve competed in swimming and bjj before (got 1st place in a national bjj competition) but honestly i play almost anything: horseback riding, basketball, soccer, padel, table tennis, badminton, basically anything
• i’m an ambivert. i like socializing and meeting new people, but i also like some alone time and stay w/ myself. also i’m a tea guy
• i like going camping, hiking, doing real stuff, and trying new things
• i’m obsessed w/ startups. i’ve been involved in the ecosystem for a few years, interned at multiple startups, currently involved w/ a VC, and i’m building my own startup too. ideally having a roommate who’s also into startups would be amazing, even better if we end up building something together lol
• i like topics like geopolitics, history, finance, tech, and poetry, i’d love someone i can have deep late night convos w/

as to living w/ me:

• i’m pretty normal about cleanliness. not paranoid, but clean
• i don’t want the room to feel like two strangers living next to each other. obviously i respect basic boundaries, but i’d rather have a relaxed living environment (
• i sleep like a rock
• i’m usually not loud
• ur essentially my bro as a roommate, i’ll take care of u
