Seven months into my breastfeeding and pumping journey, and I'm looking for some advice! My little one is thriving, but I'm worried about my milk supply, as it's been decreasing lately. I'm already pumping every three hours, taking supplements, and increasing my food intake, plus I'm bringing back my midnight pump. Any suggestions to help me reach my goal of a year of breastfeeding? 😩😭 I only pumped about 8 ounces throughout the day today. I am stressed 😫
