Hi everyone so Im hearing alot right, some say only put your rotations,units etc while some saying to describe what you did at each units but then that puts me onto a second page and as everybody says do not go over one page as HR will not look at it!Please help been job searching since January and I am yet to land an interview and I have sent out around 50+ applications both online and in person, and have like 10 different resume formatting at this point.
