Fabric dye help

If I use black fabric dye on this 100% cotton shirt, will it mess up the graphic? I’m a hairstylist and tried to blend in some bleach stains with sharpie in a pinch but it’s a bit patchy so I wanted to refresh the whole thing. I considered using hair dye but this shirt is worth the extra effort I decided I’d go straight to the proper thing 😆

I’m at the beginning of my CP/CF journey, don’t know what’s causing it all yet, but I’m at that phase where I know (and by “know” I mean have seen from fitness/other influencers) is that there’s a chance that going to the gym/fitness/stretching can make me feel better and yet I’m in such pain and tiredness…the more I rest the more I feel that and the harder it is to get moving. Do I just bite the bullet and go to the damn gym or will that actually make it worse?

My dad just got a total knee replacement, and his birthday is coming up and he always appreciates the functional kind of gifts. Does anyone have any ideas for someone with mobility issues/arthritis? His goal is to spend as much time outside this summer when he’s not working his desk job. I’m hoping to find something that will make things easier for him, bonus points if it’s also kinda cheesy or funny or something, we have the same weird sense of humour. He passed that to me along with chronic pain issues. Thanks dad!

I’ve been doing hair since 2022. I think I just had a big moment of realization today and figured out that I feel so burnt out already is that this weight of the mistakes that I make is so freaking heavy. Don’t get me wrong, I do some really really good work. Like today I had 3/4 clients that I was really really happy about but then one that I could’ve done better. It’s so hard not to be hard on myself about every little thing. It feels like it’s a lot to have to know exactly what needs improving and how to improve it, while also dealing with unhappy clients in a place where I don’t feel supported. Hence this vent post.
