I’ve been on a streak for around 70 days now & lowkey always had trouble projecting my voice , others would describe as if I’m speaking from my throat rather than chest & i truly want to fix that as a go on as a young man . To all the longer retainers , relapse or not , have you been in the same predicament as me & have seen any changes in how you speak ?
