I am an international on F1 visa (STEM-OPT). Been in Amazon for 8 months. I have been put on Pivot. And these are the options given to me. To keep my visa status valid and look for other jobs, I want to go for first option. But Do I have to return the joining bonus?

And if I go for second option, will I get the stated amount or will tax be deducted?

Please guide me to make the best choice from these three options given to me.
