Hi everyone,
I’m trying to decide between the Canon EOS 250D and Canon EOS 77D for sports photography (mainly football/soccer).
My main goal is to capture fast action shots (like players running, shooting, etc.), ideally with sharp focus and good tracking.
I have a few questions:
Which camera is better for sports: Canon 250D or Canon 77D?
Is the autofocus on the 77D significantly better for tracking moving subjects?
Which one would give me a higher chance of getting sharp action shots?
Also, I’m looking for a good lens for sports photography on a budget.
What lens would you recommend for either of these cameras?
I’ve heard about the Canon 55-250mm STM and 70-300mm lenses — are these good enough for football from the stands?
Or should I consider something else?
My budget is limited, so I’m trying to get the best possible setup for sports without going too expensive.
