I’m currently on 40mg of accutane but I work as a cleaner:) I’m scared that being around dust, dirty stuff, and harsh chemicals makes my acne worse but its a good paying job so I don’t want to have to quit. I was told not to wash my face excessively. so I dab my skin with a paper and bit of avena thermal water in between jobs. I reapply my moisturizer and sunscreen as well. is that okay? or should I just apply like normal in the mornings and wait until after work to clean and reapply. I’ve heard we need to reapply sunscreen every two to three hours so I don’t know what to do:(. I’m scared that by reapplying my creams in between jobs (I drive to each house I clean) will cause dirt to get trapped and worsen my acne. PLEASEEEE HELP! btw I use vanicream products and in between jobs I use the aquaphor moisturizer stick and cetaphil mineral sunscreen stick so I don’t touch my face.
